SERVICE POLICY

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please come to your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out and go over your lash intake form.

​

  • Please do not have any caffeine right before your appointment.

​

  • Please remove any eye makeup on or around the eye area & come in with clean lashes.

​

  • Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your scheduled service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call me at (562)-338-7341 AT LEAST 48hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of your scheduled service.

 

​Same day cancellations, if you "no show" or show up late to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
